Fertigation

Fertigation—or irrigation—is the application of fertilizers through the irrigation system. In greenhouses, drip irrigation and the flood-and-drain system are state-of-the-art methods.

Fertigation ensures a consistent supply of water and nutrients without requiring any additional effort. Fertilizers—such as those from B+H Solutions—are added as concentrates to special storage tanks and dispensed in measured doses over time.
